Registration of Foreclosure Mortgage Properties

Pursuant to the Village of Farmingdale's Ordinance Article IV, Registration of Foreclosure Mortgage Properties, to ensure that all properties with a filing of lis pendens and/or an action to foreclose upon a mortgage or similar instrument, located within the Village are maintained and in compliance with all applicable codes, they must be registered.

On ​Feb. 8th, 2024, The Village of Farmingdale contracted with MuniReg LLC, a third-party company, to administer the Village's foreclosure registry. Effective this date, all registrations must go through MuniReg.
